OUR Story
A visual story of our boot camp is far more entertaining than boring text. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
This is the story of a little boot camp that could, of people making changes in their bodies and lives and helping each other achieve their full potential. We’re not just a boot camp, we are a community of success.
It all started in August 2009 when a Toronto trainer (Omar Isuf, see below) decided to start the first boot camp class that was MORE
than just a boot camp. It combined REAL training (strength, cardio, fat loss and conditioning) with REAL nutrition with PERSONAL
coaching to guarantee success. Trust me, I`ve been through the weight loss process too, I know all about it.

Here is our FIRST boot camp in August 2009. We started out humbly, three classes a week of intense fat melting, body toning work outs a week. The ladies are hard at work doing core exercises and I`m hovering awkwardly over someone

Here I`m giving some nutrition advice as the women take a three second breather. As you can tell, I have them completely
captivated about carbs….ok maybe not. We give nutrition advice during classes. Is that someone scratching their head?

Ah yes Halloween 2009. I`m dressed up as a silly Wolverine and the poor ladies are hard at work doing burpees! We like to work hard but also play hard.

Ok so some of the other ladies also dressed up for Halloween. And I made them a health tasty treat (I`m also a nutritionist). We
like to have fun events outside of the boot camp!

Holidays 2009. To celebrate the first couple of months, we threw a nice get together for our boot campers. Everyone enjoyed
each other`s company, except I was told to stay “20 feet away from everyone at all times“, I am SURE they were joking!

We had some INCREDIBLY tasty food at the Holiday Party (sweet potato soup, garden salad, grilled salmon etc). If you notice in
the top right, is one of our charity boxes. In December 2009, we raised over 500 pounds of food for St. John`s Mission!

And here are some of the participants that helped raise that food (they are a happy bunch…and they came up with the charity idea!)
Already our boot camp has expanded to FIVE weekly classes (due to popularity)

FEB 2010: The boot campers wanted to raise some money AGAIN…this time for Haiti. We called it `Survive for Haiti` and helped raise
over $4000 to help the victims (once again boot campers take credit, it was THEIR idea!). We have some very passionate people
.

The ladies still hard at work, I think one of them is talking back…I had to yell at her. Kidding. Not. The classes are a mixture of
fat melting, conditioning and body toning work outs to give women a sleek, sexy physique!

And the boot campers that helped raise that money! They also bought me the Ass Crusher Master t-shirt, and thats my brother, its a family run business, like the mob!
Note the ever growing size of our family.

EASTER 2010: We all decided to pose in a silly photo for no apparent reason. And I was told to wear bunny ears. I just do what they say!!!
We sometimes just like to get downright silly.

What SEPERATES our boot camp from others? Besides the community support, kick ass classes, and fun atmosphere, its
the dedication of these men and women that truly set it apart!

SEPTEMBER 2010: OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY party. Its smokey in the house…I am NOT going to say what was going on. But everyone is eating.
Everyone in the group is very helpful to new comers and welcomes everyone as one of their own.

And ALL the boot campers got a T-shirt with their special nickname on it. Some of the boot campers really liked their T-Shirts. AWWWW

Boot camp group photo. Our boot camp has EXPANDED to over 11 classes a week! I think we have some satisfied people!
We continue to grow and find success through one simple reason: POSITIVE word of mouth. Want proof? Just ask
a boot camper what THEY think!

All the boot campers made special food for the party. There was some really cool stuff (tasty and healthy!) And first prize won a FREE month of boot camp (I brought water…)!

And here I am trying to explain what some of the nick names mean. I think she`s trying to pull it away from me!

We like to have a good time at our class. And get stupid. Well, maybe I get stupid, they don`t!
We are constantly getting NEW equipment and finding NEW ways to use them. I think this is still an exercise…
Feb. 2011: The boot campers bought me a Megaphone…and that shirt (I have a big ego), as if I wasn`t LOUD enough!

APRIL 2011: And now the boot campers do their own THANG- here they have a chef showing them some tasty recipes in the kitchen!
They always have cool events going on such as cooking classes, grocery story tours, BBQs, parties, running groups and more!

Every week we continuously work at making the classes better, more fun and entertaining. A new comer recently described the classes as “the perfect balance of pain and pleasure, sweat and laughter, fun and hard work”. Find out what makes OUR boot camp different from all the other boot camps!
And thats just the beginning! Become part of our family and story!
